Previous bookings will be governed by the policy in force on the date they were made.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment terms for direct bookings:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To confirm the booking, the guest<strong> must pay 30% of the total amount within 48 hours of the request. If <\/strong>payment is not received within that period, the booking will be cancelled without further notice. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation is free up to 21 days before arrival. In this case, the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>21 days before check-in, the remaining 70% will be requested and must be paid within 48 hours. If it is not received, the booking will be cancelled with no right to a refund of the deposit.<br\/>DE <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For bookings made less than 21 days before arrival, 100% of the amount must be paid at the time of booking or within the next 48 hours. No free cancellation applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For international payments from outside the European Union, installment payments, or cash payments, the guest must contact the property in advance to agree on the most appropriate method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation policy (direct bookings only)<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation with less than 21 days\u2019 notice: the deposit will not be refunded. If the second payment is not received within the stated period (48 hours from the notice on day \u221221), the booking will be cancelled with no refund of the deposit. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of no-show (failure to arrive on the check-in day without prior notice), no amount will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">House rules<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check-in: from 16:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check-out: before 11:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security deposit: \u20ac200, payable before arrival or at check-in by bank transfer, Bizum or cash.<br\/>We do not place a card hold to avoid release delays and to ensure we can return the deposit within 24 hours after departure if there is no damage due to misuse.<br\/>Evidence of pets or smoking indoors will result in full retention of the deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2021-17461\">Guest registration: All guests, including minors, must provide their personal data in accordance with current Spanish regulations (Real Decreto 933\/2021, de 26 de octubre<\/a><\/strong>).<br\/>A link to the online registration form will be sent before arrival. This procedure can also be completed in person at check-in if preferred or required. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No smoking inside the property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No pets.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No parties, and no excessive consumption of alcohol or other substances.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appliances &amp; heating: Written instructions are provided to ensure correct use. Please read the heating guide before turning it on. If in doubt about any appliance, contact us before operating it to avoid damage or misuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On departure, please:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tidy the kitchen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>run the dishwasher,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>take out the rubbish to the street containers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and put away toys and books.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect the booked occupancy.
